MAE-B return and shipping policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Timeframes
• Australia: 2–8 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer free shipping on orders over a $200
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your MAE-B pieces—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for sizing issues (subject to stock availability). If your size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
